The initial phase involves designing and constructing a 15GWh lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility, with ancillary buildings and extensive site infrastructure. Once completed, this will be one of the UK's largest battery production sites, capable of supplying half of the country's projected automotive battery needs by the early 2030s.

Responsibilities:

• Recognised Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness, focused on profit, cash flow, and value delivery, with experience across multiple sectors and main contractors.
• Expertise in Construction Management projects, including work scope development and procurement of enabling works.
• Managing the full commercial lifecycle: procurement, tendering, contract administration, subcontractor management, and cost analysis to minimize risks and maximize project value.

Your Profile:

• Extensive experience with large-scale, high-value Construction Management projects.
• Strong strategic insight and ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
