Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for projects in Suffolk up to £5m, working as the stand-alone surveyor with support from a Commercial Manager.

The role involves managing procurement-to-final accounting, site supervision of subcontractors, CVRs, drawing reviews, and close collaboration with external clients. You will need a construction-related degree and at least five years' experience on similar projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in a construction related subject.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on projects.
• Competent in managing subcontractor packages and payments.

Responsibilities

• Managing packages from procurement through to final accounting.
• Work with the team to ensure subcontractors are managed on site, CVRs, reviewing drawings and collaborating with clients.
