Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Working towards or holding MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent.
• Experience with JCT contract forms; NEC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Manage tender processes and review contractor submissions.
• Support clients with contract administration and cost reporting.
