They deliver a variety of housing construction projects and are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed tender quotations and cost plans for housing projects * Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager for procurement and buying * Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing * Attend client and pre-tender meetings * Manage valuations, variations, daywork sheets, CVIs, and EWNs * Produce and submit monthly valuations to the Head of Civils * Monitor contract performance, costs, and budget compliance * Maintain client communication and manage specification changes Requirements: * Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline * 5+ years of QS experience in housing or residential construction * Strong knowledge of cost control, tendering, and contract management * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * CSCS card and Health & Safety certifications * RICS/ICES accreditation desirable * Full UK driving licence requiredInterested?To apply or find out more, please contact Educate Recruitment Hub today
