ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Groundwork and civil engineering package for Data Centre projects in Mons, Belgium. This role will involve the usual commercial management duties of civil, groundworks, and reinforced concrete (RC) frame packages. The successful professional will report to the commercial manager for Europe. Individual package values range from €5 million up to €25 million.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in working with Civil, RC Frame, and Groundwork packages is essential.
• Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
• A Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• At least 2 years of experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
• An EU Passport or the right to work in Belgium is mandatory.
