We are looking for an experienced QS with groundworks experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applications with housing QS experience.

Responsibilities for the job role:

• Commercial assessment of contractor quotations for small works and major contracts.
• Management of the quote process across multiple work streams, working with contractors, the client, and colleagues to ensure efficiency and value for money. Ensuring targets are met. Monitoring and managing contractors' quotation processes.
• Commercial assessment of contractor applications for payment of works (c£0-£1 million).
• Generating Valuation Certificates for payment of works where required.
• Measuring, valuation, and invoicing of completed works.
• Assisting with cost reporting and additional ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Providing commercial reporting and forecasting support.
• Assisting with tendering exercises and re-procurement of contractor services.
• Arranging and leading contractor valuation audits and performance review meetings.
• Providing high-level customer service to clients.
• Daily uploading of commercial data into our IT system.
