Qualifications

• Quantity surveying experience
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial management and valuation experience
• Surveying degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Leading valuations and commercial reporting
• Managing contractor relationships and commercial meetings
• Client-facing project delivery
• Producing internal and external commercial reports
• Working across prestigious UK projects with the potential to work on international projects
• Working between the office and project sites
