Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within building envelope.
• Ideally have experience with facades and/or cladding.
• Re clad experience would be high advantageous.
• Ability to work well autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained.
• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration.
• Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate the designs for projects that could range in value up to £30m.

Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus

The role of the Quantity Surveyor Facades will involve:

Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS

• Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained
• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration
• Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities

The ideal applicant will be Quantity Surveyor Facades with:
