The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor
My client is looking to grow their commercial team with the appointment of x2 Quantity Surveyors. You will need to live within a commutable distance to the office and will be visiting sites.

Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.
Prepare and present financial reports.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary - £60,000 - £75,000
