Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Heathrow Airport - 60 - 80K
Location: Heathrow Airport
Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
2. Conduct detailed material take-offs and assist in procurement
3. Manage and track project costs, variations, and valuations
4. Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure budgets and timelines are met
5. Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation
6. Prepare interim and final accounts
7. Contribute to project planning and value engineering initiatives

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator within the construction industry
2. Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract management
3. Experience working in an airport or highly regulated environment is a strong advantage
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
5. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (HNC/HND/Degree)
6. CSCS card (an advantage)
7. Security clearance for Heathrow Airport (or ability to obtain) - all training costs and development associated with operating for the company / within the Airport is provided by the business.
