Job summary

Tribepost Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior QS/Estimator to join our team in Leicester to prepare construction estimates, adjudicate tenders and manage commercial aspects of projects.

This role supports post-contract valuations and maintains strong client relationships with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. The successful candidate will have sound construction knowledge, practical risk assessment ability, and the ability to communicate with clients, subcontractors and design teams.

Qualifications

• Preparation of construction estimates and completion of tender adjudication.
• Provide effective administration of post contract accounts, valuations and internal job costings.
• Review contracts and commercial work with the project team to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Possess a sound knowledge of construction and the QS/Estimator role.
• Have a practical knowledge in risk assessment.
