Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate estimates and bid proposals
  • Review project plans, conduct site visits, and gather cost data
  • Control budgets and manage cost planning from inception to completion
  • Handle procurement and contract administration

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and specifications
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in estimating or quantity surveying
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, project management, and budgeting
