As a Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the delivery of construction projects, support junior members and act as the key client contact. What we are looking for:

  • A degree level in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Managment or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in running your own projects, Quantity Surveying / Project Management for either a Construction Company, Private Practice or related businesses.
  • Ideally, a member of the RICS, or a commitment to achieve the creditation within a few years of starting the business.
  • Skilled negotiator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the lead on a range of construction projects and supervising the the work of the assistants and apprentices in your team , and help them fulfill their potential.
  • Take the lead as the main point of contact with the project client and other consultants from the design team.
  • Working independently and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of all projects that you work on.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and developing excellent time management strategies.
  • Actively looking to take on additional responsibility and able to stand in for the Associate or Senior QS when they are unavailable.
