Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you want career advancement? As a Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the delivery of construction projects, support junior members, and act as the key client contact. What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing your own projects in Quantity Surveying / Project Management for a Construction Company, Private Practice, or related businesses.
  • Ideally, a member of the RICS, or a commitment to achieve accreditation within a few years.
  • Skilled negotiator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the lead on a range of construction projects, supervising the work of assistants and apprentices, and helping them fulfill their potential.
  • Acting as the main point of contact with the project client and other consultants from the design team.
  • Working independently and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of all projects.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management.
  • Seeking additional responsibilities and able to stand in for the Associate or Senior QS when needed.
