Quantity Surveyor - Construction / Oil & Gas — Teesside, Northeast UK (Commutable from Middlesbrough, Darlington, Newton Aycliffe, Hartlepool)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Hybrid Working + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed budget estimates and cost plans
• Producing bills of quantities, tender documents and evaluations
• Compiling reports and delivering effective cost management across a range of contracts

• Background in Construction, Oil & Gas or Offshore projects
• Strong negotiation skills
