Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and commercial activities from tender through to project completion.
• Background in construction, civils or geotechnical projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of estimating and commercial activities from initial tender through to project completion
• Develop accurate project costs by assessing drawings, specifications, labour, materials and plant requirements
• Work closely with Project Managers, Contract Managers and site teams throughout project delivery
• Travelling across South Wales and Southern England
• Monday to Friday, 8 - 5
