Quantity Surveyor Civils

About the Role

Lemon Drizzle Recruitment has been appointed to find an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Civils Subcontractor based in Teesside. You will manage civils packages for commercial and industrial build projects across the North East.

You ll be office-based, with occasional site visits as required, and will be working with a mix of JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts.

If you have a strong background in quantity surveying and a passion for civils projects, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civils projects of various sizes, ensuring clear and accurate budgets are produced.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver projects within budget.
• Oversee procurement to align with programme and tender targets.
• Handle client accounts and monthly project reporting.
• Manage change control, risk and opportunity processes.
• Work closely with site teams to track progress and cost of site resources.
• Provide detailed commercial analysis and submit monthly payment applications.
• Manage multiple projects with varying complexities.

Ideal Candidate
