Salary: £42,000 to £57,500
Package: London weighting (commuting costs paid for), private healthcare, 28 days annual leave, 5% pension
Location: London – 2 to 3 days in the office per week, remainder from home

Their work spans dispute resolution, compensation claims, and complex change management under NEC contracts. Essential Requirements:

- 4 years of QS experience within main contractor or subcontractor environments.

- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline

- Demonstrable civil engineering project background (minor or major civils)

- Strong understanding of NEC contracts through direct project experience.

- Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing reporting is a core part of the role)

- A proactive and detail-focused mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The selection process includes two interview stages; a face-to-face interview will be involved as a part of the process.
