They are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor or strong Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team.

The Role

• Position: Quantity Surveyor, Ground works
• Location: Leicester office, working alongside the production team
• Worksites: Several sites across Nottingham / Newark On Trent
• Working hours: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
• Responsibilities: Ensure contractual control and cost management across projects, involvement in the full project lifecycle from enquiry to delivery, assist with all commercial aspects, and uphold company standards.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum GCSEs 7 A-C / 5-9 including Maths and English
• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
