We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.

What we are looking for?

  • Work closely with Project Managers, site teams, estimators and all other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Understand and comply with the prevailing contract(s).
  • Attend internal and external meetings associated with projects.
  • Oversee the full commercial lifecycle of groundworks projects from tender to final account.
  • Undertake regular site visits.
  • Prepare and submit accurate periodic valuations.
  • Liaise with client teams to ensure that payments are received on time.
  • Produce and update accurate cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage and agree change management on projects, including the identification or variations / compensation events, preparing quotations and estimates in accordance with prevailing contract conditions.

What can we offer you?

  • Be part of a family run business
  • Life Assurance Scheme
  • Free on-site Parking
  • Annual Salary Review
  • Employee discount (50% on Skip Hire, other discounts on group services)
  • Progression opportunities
  • 24 hour unlimited access to mental health support
