Self-employed basis or PAYE, £50,000 - £65,000 with package, car allowance, incentives, start asap. Qualifications not essential if you have relevant experience.

Role Overview

Working as a Quantity Surveyor for a contractor involved in sprayed concrete and concrete repair work. Project values range from £50k to over £10m. The work is nationwide, but based at the head office near Tonbridge, with a requirement to be a car driver.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Civil Engineering, Groundworks, RC, or Sprayed concrete is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, good IT skills, and technical engineering knowledge are important.
• Previous experience in civil engineering projects is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with construction teams and clients to manage commercial aspects.
• Enthusiasm for the construction industry and good organizational skills.
