Location: Belfast

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

The Role

In this role, you will be managing the commercial and contractual aspects of live construction projects and ensure all commercial functions for the Division are completed to professional standards within agreed time and cost budgets.

1. Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of live construction projects.
2. Prepare, submit, and agree interim and final accounts.
3. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control procedures.
4. Assist in subcontractor procurement and contract administration.

The Person

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within a construction environment.
Solid knowledge of construction contracts.
Ability to develop a strong client and supply chain relationship.
