Qualifications

• Experience in house building or construction sector.
• Strong numerical and budgeting abilities.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Initiative to resolve subcontractor queries.

Responsibilities

• Contract management of sub-contract trades.
• Monthly valuation meetings with key trades onsite.
• Attend Development Meeting to discuss contractor performance.
• Prepare site budgets.
