Miller Homes is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for the East Midlands region (Derby DE24 8RF). The role supports the Commercial Team by assisting Senior Surveyors with day-to-day financial management of development schemes.

You will carry out subcontract procurement, assist with internal cost reporting, external valuations, and help maintain options and incentives cost databases. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience within a major national contractor environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out procurement of subcontract trades and assisting Senior Surveyors with cost reporting.
• Assisting with external valuations, estimates, pricing variations, and maintaining cost databases.
