My client, a residential developer in the Surrey region specializing in new build residential houses and apartments, is currently looking to add experienced quantity surveyors to their growing commercial team.

The ideal candidate would have more than 3-5+ years’ experience with a UK residential developer on a permanent basis, working on residential new build projects from inception to completion.
