About the Company - South Croydon based commercial interior fit out contractor is looking to employ an additional quantity surveyor/project manager to join their team.
About the Role - 50/50 on site and working from the office. Site surveys, generating detailed quotes for clients, assisting in preparing accounts and running to final accounts, attending site meetings, collating variations, assisting in progress documentation, monitoring site progress, and collaborating with contract management. Packages used include Sim Pro, MS Project, and MS Office Suite. Must be looking to progress career and have a demonstrable background in commercial interiors fitout at either QS or project management level. RICS qualifications are not essential, but will assist in speed of career progression. Great opportunity for someone looking to build a career path.
