Carriera is working with an established property consultancy who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their Cost Management team in Winchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who is looking for stronger career development, increased project responsibility and a clear route towards MRICS Chartership.
The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of projects for established public and private sector clients, providing cost management services from initial feasibility and cost planning through to tender, construction and final account.
Our client is ideally looking for someone with around 4–5 years' experience who is already progressing towards professional qualification and could realistically achieve Chartered status within the next two years. Structured APC support and ongoing professional development will be provided.
This role would particularly suit a Quantity Surveyor who feels their current route towards Chartership or career progression has stalled and wants to join a business that can provide the support, experience and responsibility required to take the next step.
