Responsibilities:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Provide commercial expertise to support the delivery of contracted work by leading the commercial aspects within a geographically focused team.
• Deliver accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to management, ensuring contracts meet commercial targets.
• Experience with pre-construction services is a plus.

You should have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related commercially focused discipline, and be capable of managing small schemes independently.

You should have general contracting experience, including Tier 1 projects, MOJ, and Education sectors.
