Are you a Quantity Surveyor with 4-5 years' experience running your own projects? Looking to join a supportive and relaxed team with a strong local presence?

We're working with a long-established, award-winning contractor based in Stansted, known for their small, close-knit team and steady pipeline of new build residential and commercial projects ranging from £1m to £5m.

About the Role

• Running your own projects independently
• Working closely with the commercial lead and directors
• Managing costs, variations, CVRs, and procurement
• Office-based in Stansted with occasional site visits
