Job summary

Foster & May Limited is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for its Salisbury office, joining a collaborative Cost Management team on complex projects valued from £5m upwards. The role covers pre and post contract work with emphasis on cost control, feasibility studies, and interim payments.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying Degree or is RICS accredited, is working towards MRICS, and has good knowledge of pre/post contract processes.

Job description

A nation-wide multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Salisbury office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative Cost Management team, working on complex projects, both pre and post contract, with projects valued from £5m upwards

The Quantity Surveyor will carry out a variety of duties such as monitoring the project finances and contractual relationships, preparing feasibility reports, cost management and interim payments.

• Quantity Surveying Degree, or RICS accredited
