O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a well-established principal contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team, working across a number of industrial and distribution centre projects throughout Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will take commercial responsibility for projects valued up to approximately £15m, with particular responsibility for procuring and commercially managing their own subcontract packages from tender through to final account.
This is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable managing multiple commercial requirements and working to tight deadlines while maintaining strong commercial control.
Steel frame experience is not essential, and the client would also consider candidates from a strong principal contracting background who are willing to adapt to the industrial and distribution sector.
If you're a Project Quantity Surveyor looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing principal contractor, working on industrial and distribution projects across Hertfordshire with genuine ownership of your own packages, please contact Ned Scott-Mends on 07552 619 663, or send your CV via email at n.scott-mends@oandb.co.uk.
