Quantity Surveyor

A well-established, medium-sized construction consultancy is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in central Nottingham.

This is a cost management and project management consultancy with a strong presence in UK industrial and commercial projects, along with growth in the residential, healthcare, and education sector.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work with the cost management across an array of projects.

There is opportunity to take on and oversee smaller projects from inception to completion, including preparing initial estimates, the full procurement process, administering contracts, taking them to site, and closing them out.

APC support and management training are standard for those looking to progress their careers.

The Quantity Surveyor

  1. 2 + years' Quantity Surveying experience at minimum
  2. APC ongoing preferred
  3. Previous consultancy experience
  4. Organised with excellent time management skills
  5. Personable and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
  6. Able to commute to Central Nottingham
