A leading construction company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its North East region. The role involves managing budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while collaborating with diverse teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate should be experienced, solutions-focused, and passionate about the industry, with relevant qualifications.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our North East region. The main base will be from our regional head office in Hebburn. Due to the nature of the role, it will involve some travel throughout the region. The successful candidate will support the Commercial Team; surveying activities on various standard developments from the initial procurement phase through to final account, in full compliance with company policies and procedures.
The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in setting, monitoring, and delivering budgets. They will place orders, produce accurate and timely reports for the business, and forecast material costs for our builds. They will liaise with subcontractors, site staff, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

The successful candidate will hold the relevant industry qualifications, such as RICS membership and a surveying degree or HND.
