Quantity Surveyor Role:

This contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to head up the commercial function on a mixture of projects worth up to £10 million, in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
  1. Manage site costs and budgets
  2. Monthly reporting
  3. Provide accurate cost estimates when required
  4. Manage project lifecycle
Experience:
  1. 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying on commercial and residential groundworks
  2. Developer, subcontractor or main contractor background
  3. Degree qualified or equivalent
  4. Used to managing relationships, subcontractor and reporting cost controls
