Qualifications

• RICS Accredited degree qualification.
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm.
• Strong Pre and Post Contract experience.
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion.
• A valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key projects across public and private sectors.
• Manage diverse project portfolio across education and healthcare sectors.
• Contribute to large-scale construction schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

In just over five years, this dynamic consultancy has developed a portfolio exceeding £1bn and currently manages 40+ live projects across the UK. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to get involved in a range of large-scale schemes, including:

• A £500m education framework across Kent and London
• £100m NEC redevelopment works at Gatwick Airport and Eurotunnel
• High-rise residential developments valued at £50m, £74m, and £84m (14-22 storeys)

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
