Role: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager ( ideally MRICS )

Client: SME Private Consultancy

Location: Central London

Remuneration: Paying up to £65,000 per annum

Our client is an independently owned Private Consultancy based in the heart of London and are are seeking to appoint a 2x Quantity Surveyors / Cost Manager to aid in strengthening their existing QS team and also in line with their strategic growth plan.

They pride themselves on their non-corporate culture and structure by having an open plan work space which encourages internal collaboration with their PM team as well as the leadership team.

They function within mutiple sectors - Residential ( afforable and private ), Commercial, Mixed-Use, Education, Healthcare and Heritage.

They seeking a QS/CM to join their very friendly and social team and to help in assisting with the delivery of multiple projects currently ongoing as well as secured in their pipeline.
