The Quantity Surveyor - Role


Based in Kingston upon Thames, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be part of a close-knit team delivering standout projects across Healthcare, Residential, Education, Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, managing both pre and post-contract duties while being supported by experienced senior professionals.


This is the ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to step up, lead packages of work, and gain exposure to a broad range of contract types, including JCT and NEC.


Current project highlights:


  1. A £40m NEC new build Healthcare scheme.
  2. A £15m JCT Design & Build Healthcare project.
  3. A 450-unit Residential development (affordable homes).
  4. University schemes ranging from £2m-£5m.
  5. Education, local authority, and energy-related projects.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements


The incoming Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:


  1. A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  2. 4+ years' Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy firm
  3. MRICS
  4. Pre and post contract experience
  5. The ability to commute to Kingston upon Thames
