Your Next Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll take the lead on managing the financial aspects of our Capital Housing investment programme. From procurement to project delivery, you'll ensure that every step is cost-effective and strategically sound. Your expertise will guide procurement decisions, helping us achieve the best value through detailed cost analysis and benchmarking.You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering excellence in housing.

What You'll Bring
We welcome professionals from both public and private sectors. What matters most is your ability to manage commercial and cost elements of planned and investment work. You'll be confident preparing cost estimates and reviewing tender submissions from service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • A MRICS qualification (or working towards it) is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and support junior team members.
  • A solid understanding of construction contracts and health and safety regulations.
