Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Super Prime Residential

£75,000 - £100,000 + Package

Central London

An award-winning high end residential contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor as they prepare to launch several new super prime projects across Central London.

With project values ranging from £15m to £35m, this business delivers some of London's most exclusive private residences. You’ll be working on ultra high end refurbishments that include basement excavations, structural alterations, and luxury bespoke fit-outs featuring everything from spa facilities and pools to cinemas and mews house conversions.

The Role

You’ll join a strong, well-supported commercial team and play a hands-on role managing the commercial aspects of one or more projects from pre-construction through to final account. This is a key appointment for the business as they scale up their workload, and they’re looking for someone who is confident managing complex packages and thrives in the detail-driven world of super prime residential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cost planning and procurement strategy development

• Managing sub-contract packages and valuations

• Financial reporting and CVRs

• Liaising closely with clients, consultants and site teams

• Maintaining a tight grip on budgets, change control and risk

• Supporting pre-construction phases where required

The Projects

All projects are one-off residences in central prime locations, with design teams including some of London’s most prestigious architects, interior designers, and client reps. The quality of work is genuinely at the top of the market.

Requirements

Proven experience in Prime or Super Prime residential projects (or similar complex refurbishments)

Comfortable running high-value packages and interacting with demanding private clients and consultants

Solid commercial reporting and cost management skills

Able to commute to project sites in Central London

Salary & Package

£75,000 – £100,000 basic salary (depending on level and experience)

Discretionary bonus and package

Site- and office-based in Central London, with occasional flexible working
