You will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of drylining packages on a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This is a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on budget, with strong cost control and accurate reporting.

You will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of drylining packages on a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This is a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on budget, with strong cost control and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual elements of drylining projects from inception to final account
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts
• Measure and value works in line with project specifications and drawings
• Assess subcontractor applications, variations, and payments
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and opportunities
• Work closely with project managers to support budget management and reporting
• Produce cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all commercial activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong focus on drylining/interior fit-out
• In-depth knowledge of drylining systems (SFS, MF ceilings, partitions, plastering, etc.)
• Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and commercial management software
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Full UK driving licence
