Quantity surveyor, Leicester, £50000, residential, design, APC

Your new company
You will work for a Leicester based architectural firm that specialises in designing accessible homes for individuals with disabilities, particularly those affected by personal injury or medical negligence. They take pride in what they do, knowing they make people's lives better.
Your new role
You will work as a Quantity Surveyor within their team. You will work on projects from £30000 to £2million, across the housing/residential sector. Each project you work on is bespoke to the client. Key duties will be:

• Producing indicative construction costs at key stages within the design process.
• Helping with the production of Tender Information
• Producing Tender Reports
• Carrying out Valuations of projects on site
• Working collaboratively alongside Architects throughout the Contract Administration period


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as a PQS, and ideally have knowledge in the residential/housing sector. You will be happy to work in the office 5 days a week, and be part of a team that oozes passion and success.
