Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working within the rail industry?

Do you have experience working on frameworks for Network Rail?

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum DOE
Location: Melton Mowbray + hybrid working

This is an amazing opportunity to work for an industry leading tier 1 contractor as a Quantity Surveyor, where you will be managing a 5 year maintenance framework for Network Rail, including civils, Pway, vegetation, signalling and HV power.

They are maintaining a 13-mile-long section of test track, which is fit for purpose for the provision of services to test, trial and develop new railway technologies ranging from new rolling stock to infrastructure equipment.

In this role you will be responsible for issuing Applications for Payment and variations, and managing subcontractors, issuing subcontract orders, stakeholder management. You will be working on a bespoke NR7 contract, but experience in NEC contracts is preferred.

Requirements:
·Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred
·Experience working on NEC3 or NEC4 contracts, or bespoke NR contracts
·3 years minimum experience as a Quantity Surveyor
·Experience working on Network Rail Frameworks for a contractor
·PTS preferred
·Drivers licence essential due to the location of the project
