Job summary

Trades UK Recruitment Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring commercial performance is effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work on a diverse portfolio across commercial, industrial and residential sectors, with site visits as required. Permanent opportunity with freelance applications considered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector
• Strong understanding of subcontractor accounts and cost management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring commercial performance is effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
