National Civils Contractor - Permanent Role

Our client, a national civil engineering and infrastructure company with a large portfolio of framework contracts in highways, public realm, 278 works, and traffic reduction schemes, is now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Yorkshire Commercial team to cover contracts in the Yorkshire area.

Role/Requirements

1. Overseeing several projects up to £8m
2. Reporting to the Commercial Manager
3. Subcontractor procurement/management including payments
4. Reporting of project financials
5. Mainly utilising NEC Contracts
6. Attending valuation meetings with client representatives
7. Support & mentor others on the team
