Quantity Surveyor

Commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Keighley (Hybrid with UK-wide site travel).

£38,000 to £45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Progression + Training.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a multidisciplinary consultancy working across the UK, specialising in retail, commercial, and residential projects, with clear progression and long-term career development.

In this role, you will work as part of a close-knit commercial team, assisting with contract administration, cost management, tenders, feasibility studies, and client liaison. The ideal candidate will have a background in quantity surveying, JCT contract knowledge, and experience working with clients and managing projects. Candidates working towards RICS accreditation will be fully supported.

The Role

• Contract administration, cost control, tenders, and quotes

The Person

• Quantity Surveying background
• Knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery
• Experience dealing with clients and running projects
• Degree in QS or equivalent (HNC + experience considered)
• Based within commutable distance of Leeds
