Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Civil & Structural engineering consultancy in a permanent position. Initially, you will be required to commute 5 days/week to Slough; however, flexibility for hybrid working is available after 1 month.

This is a great opportunity to work on a range of Water and Rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead budgeting, cost planning, and CVR management across multiple live projects.
2. Manage subcontractor/client applications, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
3. Represent RWP in meetings, providing commercial input to decisions.
4. Oversee tenders, negotiate terms, and administer NEC3/4 contracts.
5. Collaborate with engineers, CAD teams, and PMs to align delivery with commercial goals.
6. Produce monthly reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis for stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Must have 3-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Familiarity with NEC forms of contract (Option A or C) and experience administering them.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Excel, Word, and project costing tools.
