NRL’s client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial management of a large-scale project. You will be responsible for managing cost forecasting, contract administration, and monthly commercial reporting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a high-value infrastructure project involving the construction and delivery of a major transport hub in North West London.

What You Will Need

  • NEC Contract Experience – Essential for managing project delivery and financials.
  • CSCS Card – A valid CSCS card is required for site-based activities.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying – BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional Membership – Membership with RICS, ICES, or CIOB is necessary.
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK – You must have the right to work and live permanently in the UK.
