Job summary

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd in London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a small, forward-thinking construction consultancy. You will work on luxury residential and commercial projects, taking responsibility from concept to completion and acting as the client’s single point of contact.

The role requires a RICS accredited degree, MRICS (or working towards it), and UK private practice experience. Hybrid working with a 3-in/2-home split is offered, with APC support and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience within a private practice / consultancy in the UK.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Delivery across whole project lifecycle in luxury residential and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

A small but forward-thinking construction consultancy based in Southwark, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their small but close-knit team.

Working in luxury Residential and Commercial sector, they are well established and benefit from regular repeat business.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will deliver on some of the most exclusive Residential projects in London and the Home Counties. These could be new builds and refurbishment and will range in value.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the whole project lifecycle from concept to completion. You will be involved in pre and post contract duties including Tenders, Cost planning, feasibility studies and procurement advice.

You will act as the client’s single point of contact.

The requirements of the Quantity Surveyor

• RICS accredited degree
• Preferably MRICS (or aspiring to)
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy in the UK
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
