VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for the Earthworks team within the Southern Renewals Enterprise. The permanent position is based in Blackfriars, London, and supports the commercial management of rail infrastructure renewal projects across the Southern region.

Candidates should understand NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4 preferred) and have experience managing subcontracts, controlling costs and preparing commercial reports.

Qualifikationen

• Requires degree or equivalent in quantity surveying or commercial management.
• Progress toward professional chartership or chartership is desirable.
• Experience with NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4) is preferred.
• Experience managing subcontracts, controlling costs and preparing commercial reports.
• Rail, earthworks or geotechnical experience is desirable; knowledge of Network Rail procedures helpful.

VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for the Earthworks team within the Southern Renewals Enterprise. The permanent position is based in Blackfriars, London, and supports the commercial management of rail infrastructure renewal projects across the Southern region. The employer seeks quantity-surveying experience on civil engineering, infrastructure or major construction schemes.
