Job summary

Eurovia Specialist Treatments is looking for a driven and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This role involves the commercial management of multiple highway maintenance, surface treatment and infrastructure projects across the UK, ensuring projects are delivered on budget with strong commercial controls.

You will work closely with operational teams, clients and subcontractors, preparing valuations, managing costs and final accounts, and providing contractual advice.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in highways, civil engineering, infrastructure or construction.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supplier accounts.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline preferred.
• Membership of RICS or working towards chartership would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from inception to completion.

Job Role

Eurovia Specialist Treatments is looking for a driven and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of specialist highway maintenance, surface treatment and infrastructure projects across the UK, playing a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and profitably. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects from contract award through to final account. Working closely with operational teams, clients and subcontractors, you will help ensure projects are delivered on budget whilst maintaining strong commercial controls.
